This open circle-shaped necklace fashioned in sterling silver features a 7.0mm cultured freshwater pearl centre stone with a quintet of multi-shaped white lab-created sapphire – including a 5.0 x 2.5mm marquise-cut stone, a 4.0 x 2.0mm pear-shaped stone and three petite round stones set within a square-shaped frame to complete the look.
