Description

This 0.19 ct. t.w. diamond-lined heart-shaped outline trio necklace set in sterling silver features a 5.0 x 3.0mm pear-shaped white topaz at the centre of the middle heart and a pair of 3.0mm round white topaz at the centre of the side hearts. The 1.25-inch design is centred along a 15.75-inch cable chain that secures with a lobster claw clasp.
